Official Rules

AirFanta 3Pro Drawing · Effective October 11, 2026

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Payment will not improve your chances of winning. Open only to legal residents of Wake County, North Carolina who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.

This drawing is sponsored by OPEN UP!, an unincorporated nonprofit association of Wake County, North Carolina parents (“Sponsor”), 1120 Magnolia Bend Loop, Cary, NC 27519, privacy@cleanwcpssair.org. Sponsor never sells entries and never accepts money for entries.

2. Who can enter

You may enter if you are a legal resident of Wake County, North Carolina and are 18 or older when you enter. You may not enter if you are:

Wake County Public School System teachers and staff are eligible.

3. Entry period

The entry period begins when these rules are first posted at cleanwcpssair.org/rules and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are free, and both give you the same chance of winning.

  1. Online: complete the signup form at cleanwcpssair.org. Signing up online also adds you to the OPEN UP! email list. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not cancel your entry.
  2. By email, without joining our list: email enter@cleanwcpssair.org with your name and the words “Please enter me in the drawing.” We will record your entry using the time your email arrived, and we will not add you to our email list.

5. Limit

One entry per person, no matter which way you enter. Additional entries from the same person are void. Entries made by script, bot, or other automated or bulk methods are void.

6. Prize

One AirFanta 3Pro air purifier (HEPA filter version). Approximate retail value: $164.99. One prize will be awarded.

The winner may not exchange the prize for cash, transfer it, or substitute it. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will deliver the prize in person in Wake County or ship it to the winner’s Wake County address at Sponsor’s cost. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Drawing

On or about January 7, 2027, OPEN UP! organizers will select one entry at random from all eligible entries, using a computer random-number generator. Sponsor’s decisions about the drawing are final.

9. Winner notification

Sponsor will email the potential winner within 2 days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within 7 days to confirm that they are 18 or older, a Wake County resident, and otherwise eligible under these rules, and to give an address for delivery. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or cannot be reached by email, Sponsor will draw an alternate winner. Sponsor will draw up to 3 alternates.

10. Publicity and privacy

Sponsor will use the winner’s name or likeness only with the winner’s permission. Information collected for the drawing is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Release and limitations

By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and its members from liability arising from the drawing or the prize, to the extent the law allows. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may cancel or modify the drawing if fraud, tampering, technical problems, or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness; if that happens, Sponsor may award the prize at random from eligible entries received before the cancellation or modification. Anyone who tampers with the entry process will be disqualified.

12. Not affiliated

AirFanta and 3Pro are trademarks of their owner. This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, AirFanta, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other company or platform.

13. Governing law

These rules are governed by North Carolina law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

14. Winner’s name

To find out who won, email privacy@cleanwcpssair.org by February 28, 2027. With the winner’s permission we will share their first name, last initial, and town; otherwise we will confirm that a winner was drawn and the prize was awarded.
